Trilogy staff evening
The most wonderful thing of working in this industry is the clients we have and their staff! We love when they come to visit us in the showroom……but it’s almost better when we get the chance to go out and visit them…
It creates a real understanding of why they buy the way they do and it puts faces to names! We can’t visit everyone every season but we will get around to you all eventually.
We recently had a chance to visit the newly opened Trilogy store on Kensington Church street – absolutely gorgeous shop but the best thing about that store are their lovely girls ( and you James) and the jeans!!

We find that many agencies and brands tend to favor buyers and shop owners when it comes to building relationships – this is obviously understandable but what I find increasingly important is the connection we have to the staff and their enormous influence on the performance of the brands in boutiques.
They are the face of the shop and they can ‘choose’ to remember our brands in sale situations or they can ‘choose’ to forget. Obviously a good sales assistant will not favor some brands over others but its simple psychology that working with fashion is often driven by emotions and should staff members receive uniform, or incentives this will often help the particular brand to succeed in the shop.
